How and when do I pay for a reading?
I accept major debit/credit cards through Paypal. Payment is required at the time of booking. To book a reading with me, send me a message using the contact form. I will email you an invoice and once your payment is processed, I will confirm your appointment date and time.
If you live in a country where it’s difficult for you to use Paypal or pay online, message me and I will consider a Western Union or Moneygram wire transfer.

What if I need to change my appointment date or time? What if I want to cancel?
Because it’s important that I respect my time, I process payment in advance and do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, I will be happy to change your appointment time. I will not charge an extra fee to change your appointment, but please be sure you to me notice within twenty-four to forty-eight hours.

What’s the difference between a phone and written reading?
None when it comes to the content and the information you’ll be getting.
If you choose to have a phone reading, you’ll have to make an appointment at a time we are both available (and use FaceTime, Skype or WhatsApp in case you live outside the US).
If you pick a written reading, there will be no need to make an appointment. Once your payment has processed, I’ll draw the cards for you and  I’ll send your PDF within 48 hours of your purchase. If you’d like to see what a written reading looks like, click here to view one I did for a friend (and shared with her consent – your readings are 100% confidential!).

Why do you charge this much?
I’ve set up rates that are fair for both my customers and myself. My rates cover my time and the energy I put into a person’s reading (believe it or not, it can be draining, so you can’t do like twelve back-to-back readings each day), but also the time and expenses associated with running this business – space, technological tools, phone and internet access, website maintenance, advertising fees, and so on.
I also believe in offering fair rates out of respect for the work of other intuitive readers and psychics. People who offer free or very cheap (and more often than not, low-quality) readings tend to take business (and means of livelihood) away from those who dedicate time and energy to their work.

What if I can’t afford a reading with you?
Make sure you follow me on Facebook and Instagram; I will occasionally have special offers, discounts, or opportunities to win free reading!

Do you offer in-person readings?
I intend to offer in-person readings as soon as I’ve set up a space where I can receive clients!

Can you really do an accurate reading if we’re not face-to-face?
Yes. I used to ask myself the same question, but I would do tarot readings on friends and family halfway across the world, and even people I had never met or talked to extensively before, and I realized that my readings were unaffected by geographic location or distance.

Why don’t you send MP3 recorded readings?
I don’t feel comfortable recording my voice; I’ll be stressed about whether it’s hearable or I have to start all over again…
And I’d much rather not be distracted by all of that when I’m analyzing the cards I’ve drawn for you. Aside from doing your reading on the phone or in person, I believe that writing down your results and answers in a detailed essay-style document is my best way to deliver!

In what languages do you offer readings?
In person and on the phone, I can do readings in English, French and Lebanese Arabic. In writing, I can do French and English – no Arabic keyboard, sorry!
